As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have been affected by negligence, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to navigate their journey towards potential compensation.

Job Overview

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will be responsible for engaging with a high volume of callers, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates. With a competitive compensation package, including a salary range starting at $17.31/hour, commissions, and bonuses, with total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+), this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in our services through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for potential compensation
  • Manage a high volume of connections, speaking with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation
  • Multitask effectively, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service
  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service
  • Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success
  • Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity

Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You should also have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of building rapport with customers and providing exceptional support. Additionally, you should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) meeting the following specifications: 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
  • Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
  • Have a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432)
  • Have a strong background in a call-center environment and sales-focused experience
  • Have 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Hours of Operation

We operate on a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, with the following hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
