Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Part-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate to join our team on a fully remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on coverage options, implementing retention strategies, and managing the renewal process. Responsibilities

As an Experienced Part-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings.
  • Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active Property & Casualty License: You must hold an active Property & Casualty license to be considered for this role.
  • Previous Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with Allstate.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and provide expert advice on coverage options.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Allstate Experience: Previous experience working with Allstate is preferred, but not required.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, services, and regulations.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving client concerns.
