About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in market research and customer insights, working closely with our experienced team to analyze data, develop research initiatives, and create engaging presentations. As a Market Research and Customer Insights Intern (Marketing), you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

• Analyzing survey data using Excel or SPSS
• Programming and disseminating surveys in our self-service Qualtrics platform
• Conducting literature reviews and environmental scans and synthesizing findings
• Creating PowerPoint presentations that distill research into digestible format
• Project managing research initiatives, including meetings and attendees

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent research skills, and a passion for market research and customer insights. We are seeking a student or recent graduate who is enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the junior or senior level (undergraduate or graduate level) and has a GPA of 3.25 or above. The successful candidate will have:

• Majors in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business, or Social Sciences
• Strong research skills and a desire/interest in healthcare
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• The ability to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and the Internet
