About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to patients, families, and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process incoming calls, gather information, and relay it to our team of clinicians. You will be the first point of contact for many of our callers, and your ability to provide empathetic and professional support will be crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers, and provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Gather information from callers and relay it to our team of clinicians in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide emotional support and empathy to callers who may be experiencing distress or anxiety
  • Navigate complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and composure
  • Work collaboratively with our team of clinicians and other support staff to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in telehealth and customer service best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation. You will also need to have access to a high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to work evening and weekend shifts, including holidays (paid at time and a half)
  • Access to a high-speed internet connection and a private, quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a telehealth or healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
