Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via email and live chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that every interaction is professional, clear, and efficient. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat with professionalism, clarity, and efficiency.

  • Resolve customer issues related to disputes, tournaments, billing, product/service questions, and general concerns.
  • Provide clear, actionable solutions to customers, ensuring they fully understand next steps and resolutions.
  • Monitor and manage chat queues, ensuring prompt and high-quality responses to customer inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (CSAT), first response time (FRT), resolution time, and quality assurance benchmarks.
  • Actively collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary, always prioritizing the customer experience.

Working Hours and Shift Availability

* We provide exceptional support across a range of time zones to meet our customer's needs.

  • Our hours of operation are Monday-Sunday, 9 AM-3 AM EST.
  • We're ideally looking for people in the following time zones to take on these shifts:

+ Monday-Friday: 9 AM-6 PM (EST: 9 AM-6 PM, CT: 8 AM-5 PM) + Evening Shift: 6 PM-3 AM (PT: 3 PM-12 AM, MT: 4 PM-1 AM) + Night Shift: 9 PM-3 AM (GMT+10: 12 PM-6 PM, GMT+11: 1 PM-7 PM) + Wednesday-Sunday: 9 AM-6 PM (EST: 9 AM-6 PM, CT: 8 AM-5 PM) + Evening Shift: 6 PM-3 AM (PT: 3 PM-12 AM, MT: 4 PM-1 AM) + Night Shift: 9 PM-3 AM (GMT+10: 12 PM-6 PM, GMT+11: 1 PM-7 PM)

Compensation and Benefits
