Job Summary
As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency. This role involves working with shared mailboxes, resolving issues from various regions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems. You'll also be responsible for analyzing reports, reconciling eligibility between systems, and monitoring records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work with shared mailboxes and resolve issues from various regions
- Analyze reports to identify errors and discrepancies
- Reconcile eligibility between systems to ensure accuracy
- Monitor records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis
- Healthcare industry experience
- Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent verbal, trouble-shooting, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
