From design, product, and planning to operations, support, and more, this team orchestrates data from across the organization to ensure leaders have the insights they need to make informed and strategic decisions.
The Commitment Investigation Group
The Commitment Investigation group is seeking a talented Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to transform data into actionable insights and experiences that drive business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team in developing a comprehensive data strategy and methodology, including data visualization and reporting
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and prioritize key business metrics and KPIs
- Develop and maintain high-quality data visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
- Work closely with the Data Engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain data models and architectures to support business growth and innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Finance, Math, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis and data science, with a focus on data visualization and reporting
- Strong experience with SQL, SparkSQL, Hive, and other data management tools
- Experience with OLAP databases like Snowflake or Redshift
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and Power BI
- Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Experience with data governance and data quality
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Salary range: $136,100 to $182,400 per year
