Key Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to ensure they meet the current requirements of each client
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service, and responding to their questions and concerns
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, handling claims and adjustments, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation
  • Providing administrative support and resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
