We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Facebook + TikTok) to join our team. Your main tasks will be: Facebook and TikTok Ads campaigns launch and optimization; Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM, and other tools; Channels scaling without CPA growth, improving ROI and other key metrics; Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives.

Requirements
- Facebook, TikTok expert with at least 5 years of experience in UA (Meta Blueprint and TikTok certificates will be an additional advantage)
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- English is B2 or higher
- Russian C1+ (must have)
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of Google Ads - an additional plus
- Experience with automation in UA and AI tools would be perfect
- Meta Blueprint and TikTok certificates will be an additional advantage
