  • Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to meet our clients' needs.
  • Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer service.

Essential Qualifications
