Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to join our AppleCare Support team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You'll lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes, including process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes
- Communicate complex analytics findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and process optimization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, process optimization, or related field
- Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Python programming language (desired)
- Experience with Apple's products and services (desired)
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or related graduate degree
- Experience with data science tools and techniques (e.g. machine learning, predictive modeling)
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
- Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Certification in business analytics or related field (desired)
