Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
