Essential Qualifications

  • Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible approach to adapting to changing schedules and priorities.
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and navigation.
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
