Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers to customers using our user-friendly software. You will respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order. You will have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system. Each lead that you add to your account will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with the customers via phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers using our user-friendly software
- Respond to customers via chat, follow up with them, and encourage them to place an order
- Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
- Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager to call and follow up with the customers via phone calls
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve your sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
