Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shipping operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering shipment data into arenaflex software systems, maintaining the highest level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, ensuring all details are up to date and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
  • Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards, upholding the trust and security of our customers and partners.
  • Troubleshooting minor issues with arenaflex systems and shipments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting, to support the growth and success of our team.

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Data Entry Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a keen eye for precision and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience with arenaflex or similar shipping platforms is a plus, but not required – we're looking for individuals with a passion for logistics and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace, with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation, independence, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, leveraging your initiative and problem-solving skills to drive results.
  • Previous experience in virtual assistant or administrative roles is preferred, but not required – we're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.

Compensation:
