Job Summary

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, making it an ideal opportunity for those who value work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

* Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules

• Delete messages made by users that violate our rules
• Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our rules
• Mute users who have violated our rules
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of our rules
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and rules
• Provide excellent customer service and support to users
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with Discord and community management tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* Experience in community management or moderation

• Knowledge of social media platforms and online community engagement
