Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our remote team for a 12-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Working from a set list of priority orders to contact and update clients on the status of their orders
  • Utilizing internal systems to track and notate work and updates to clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Current authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis, with no restrictions on future work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience working in a similar customer care role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
