Job Summary
As a Retail Customer Service Cashier at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers, while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied. No experience? No problem! We'll teach you the skills you need to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers while following all state and local laws.
- Use a variety of methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including your direct working area, the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Participate in cross-training in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
