Job Summary

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and guidance to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of cloud computing and unlock the full potential of our Google Cloud platform. You'll work closely with our Sales and Engineering teams to identify business and technical requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide expert advice to clients on best practices for cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions to meet assembled requirements

  • Lead technical projects, technology support, bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of supporting technical assets
  • Deliver product messaging for the Google Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution providing best practice counsel to clients to enhance Google Cloud platform effectiveness
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking
  • Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status

  • Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other material platforms
  • Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the Google Cloud/IT innovation space
