Job Summary

As a Customer Engagement Leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive sales results. You'll be the driving force behind creating a dynamic store setting that fosters engaging customer encounters and enhances their satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in motivating and training your team to deliver outstanding customer service, while also driving sales growth and increasing product availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily activities of a designated departmental section, focusing on inspiring and maintaining attractive visual exhibits.
  • Facilitate the recruitment, induction, and advancement of Sales Associates, all the while encouraging a culture that values continuous learning.
  • Foster collaboration with store managers to streamline day-to-day functions and promote high team productivity.
  • Successfully handle customer feedback and complaints.
  • Increase product availability based on customer demand through precise stock file management.
