Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Benefits Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert guidance on our benefits programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring your approach to meet their unique requirements
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective benefits programs, ensuring seamless communication and execution
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer service and benefits administration
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Proficient level English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including health insurance, life insurance, and other related programs
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service, benefits administration, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
