About the Opportunity

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting new and existing customers throughout their journey, overseeing account health, and driving overall retention. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with customer champions, helping them understand the value of arenaflex's solutions and how they can address their business challenges. Your expertise will enable customers to reach optimal usability of arenaflex's solutions, and you will assist in solving their challenges, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a book of business to drive retention and growth rates, developing a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and mapping arenaflex's capabilities to address their needs.
  • Engage customers in an appropriate experience, allowing them to effectively execute their success plan, and manage customer renewal and expansion orders to attain net retention goals.
  • Facilitate implementation kickoffs with implementation consultants, confirming business goals and outlining an initial success plan, and identify risks to customers achieving their stated business goals, collaborating with the account team to mitigate risks.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, leading to advocacy for arenaflex across the care continuum, and collect and summarize customer feedback, focusing on understanding the customer's business problem.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment, and a strong understanding of the healthcare tech industry. Familiarity with Post-Acute Care or HME/Infusion providers, healthcare claims data analysis, data integrations, claims, and EHR is highly desirable. You should be passionate about value-based care and healthcare policy, with a proven track record of owning customer relationships from "new to renew," including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience within the healthcare tech industry, with familiarity with Post-Acute Care or HME/Infusion providers, healthcare claims data analysis, data integrations, claims, and EHR.
  • Passion for value-based care and healthcare policy, with a proven track record of owning customer relationships from "new to renew."
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand technical concepts around arenaflex's product and customer requirements.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and relationship skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Client Success and Sales software to manage relationships, price, quote, and book orders.
  • Willingness to work with customers on-site and travel up to 10%.
  • Demonstrated success in being assertive and a customer-focused problem solver, with a strong ability to navigate conflict and foster trusting partnerships.
