Experienced Customer Success Associate – Nuuly Weekend Evening Shift (Part-Time Remote)

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our remote team on a part-time weekend evening shift.

Your Role
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the face of Nuuly, interacting with customers via telephone, email, and chat to ensure their experience is nothing short of exceptional. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly and relatable manner
- Empowering customers to make informed decisions about their fashion choices
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers (minimum 70 interactions per shift)
- Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Access to a consistently stable internet connection
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems on the spot
- Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members
- Strong empathy for customers' needs, while understanding the business bottom line
