Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Remote Customer Service and Operations team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various systems and databases, verifying data by comparing it to source documents, and collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy. This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a leading global airline company.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and updating data into various systems and databases
• Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
• Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested
• Compiling, sorting, and organizing data to be entered into the database or electronic systems
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data collected
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
