Job Summary

As a Customer Service Benefit Consultant/Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, educating them on our HR services, and helping them navigate the complexities of HR management. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Educate clients on arenaflex's HR services, including benefits, payroll, and compliance
  • Help clients navigate the complexities of HR management, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
