Job Overview

We're looking for highly motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our customer care team. As a Customer Care Agent, you'll have the opportunity to work with customers via phone, live chat, and email, creating raving fans for arenaflex every day. Your role will be to provide exceptional support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful support to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • Flexible full-time schedules during our customer service hours of 8 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package, including a starting wage of $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period, plus quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
