Job Summary

As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Technical Outreach teams to identify and address the technical needs of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business and technical requirements, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Leading technical projects, providing technical support, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Developing and delivering product briefings, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of arenaflex Cloud solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending best practices to enhance the effectiveness of arenaflex Cloud solutions
  • Participating in client meetings, site visits, and other events to build relationships and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and develop client solutions to meet assembled requirements

  • Lead technical projects, provide technical support, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Develop and deliver product briefings, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of arenaflex Cloud solutions
  • Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to execute a comprehensive solution providing best practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud solution effectiveness
  • Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a client-facing role
  • Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure
  • Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including scalability, security, and high availability

Preferred Qualifications

* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Exceptional status

  • Experience designing mobile applications using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant technologies
  • Experience working with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
  • Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space
