Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our In-Home Usage Testing projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project
- Participating in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss the product being tested
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Key Responsibilities
* Document In-Home Usage Tests accurately and thoroughly, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries
- Use products responsibly and follow all instructions provided
- Participate in online or mobile feedback sessions, as required
- Write reviews and provide feedback on products, as requested
- Engage in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss products and provide feedback
Requirements
* Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty and reliability are essential
- Good communication skills are an asset
- 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with In-Home Usage Testing or market research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
