Position: Salesforce Solutions Architect (Remote)

Description:

  • ** Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain logical and physical design artifacts, ensuring alignment with business needs and project constraints.
  • Assist in defining high-level and low-level tasks for the technical team, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • Work closely with individual team members to estimate and refine task durations, providing guidance when needed to keep the project on schedule.
  • Provide technical design guidance to ensure scalability and extensibility of solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to maintenance and enhancement practices to meet service level agreements for system availability and security.
  • Collaborate with other technology teams as needed to support interdependent projects.
  • Contribute to the definition and governance of architectural standards within the department.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
  • * Education and/or Training:
  • ** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • * Relevant

Work Experience:

  • ** 7 years’ experience in software development, with proficiency in:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance and reliability
  • Implementing RESTful APIs and Graph

QL endpoints to enable seamless integration between different systems and services

  • Utilizing Azure services and platforms to build cloud-native applications, ensuring scalability, availability, and security
  • Designing and optimizing database schemas, writing efficient SQL queries, and implementing database-related functionalities
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives
  • Experience in mentoring junior team members is a plus
  • Experience in leading technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality#LI-BS1#LI-REMOTE
