Responsibilities
As a Web Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via web chat. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about arenaflex products and services
- Assisting customers with online purchases, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Conducting research to answer customer questions and provide solutions

Requirements
