The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats with ease and professionalism. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner, while also identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of inbound calls with efficiency and courtesy, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience

  • Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics, while also exercising discretion and judgment when necessary
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify their information, research their issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise, while also ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when possible, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their satisfaction
  • Keep accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Attend educational seminars and training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Proven track record of over-achievement on quotas, demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, plus active listening skills, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood
  • Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices, including data entry, reporting, and analytics
  • Empathetic customer focus, flexibility to manage many different personality types, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • High school degree, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, or a related field
