Project Coordinator II (68061-1) itD is seeking a Project Coordinator II to support Company’s International Testing Programs team by planning, coordinating, and executing in-market functional testing initiatives that ensure globally released products meet quality and localization standards. This role plays a critical part in driving locally relevant product improvements by managing testing operations, facilitating actionable insights, and ensuring cross-functional alignment from planning through launch. The ideal candidate will bring experience in QA testing, software development workflows, internationalization (i18n), and cross-functional project coordination, along with a track record of supporting successful product launches across multiple locales. Location: Remote – PST only Duration: 6-month contract (possibility of extension based on performance and budget) Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday (no overtime) Travel: None We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and more. About the Team The International Testing Programs team enables functional testing in real-world, in-market conditions to ensure Meta’s Family of Apps performs reliably for users worldwide. This team partners closely with engineering, QA, product, and vendor teams to identify issues, uphold quality standards, and drive improvements that enhance the global user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage in-market functional testing schedules from setup through execution and launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication across International Testing Program Managers, Engineers, QA teams, Vendors, and Product Designers.
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and test results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prioritize, triage, and escalate internationalization (i18n) bugs to ensure timely resolution before launch.
  • Analyze workflow and tooling pain points and pilot process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure testing deliverables meet deadlines and accuracy standards.
  • Make independent decisions in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and aggressive timelines.

Internal Responsibilities

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning materials (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, QA, testing operations, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while proactively aligning cross-functional partners through clear communication and regular updates.
  • Track record of supporting product launches across multiple locales.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks, identifying issues, and driving solutions.
  • Solid understanding of challenges associated with developing products for international markets.
  • Experience facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working in QA, Project Management, User Research, or a similar environment.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and product development processes.
  • Experience with internationalization (i18n) concepts and best practices.
  • Exposure to hardware, augmented reality, virtual reality, advertising, or payments testing environments.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors in testing operations.

Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
