A Enterprise Security Architecture Lead has IT experience with Cyber Security Policy and threat mitigation. Must have knowledge and experience in Cyber Security Tools, network topologies, intrusion detection, PKI, and secured networks. Knowledge of implementation and security levels and roles necessary for successful deployment. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced remote work environment by to solve complex problems involving a wide variety of information systems
  • Implement information technology, cybersecurity and privacy implementations or integration with a strong emphasis in Agile, DevOps, SecDevOps, AIOps
  • Identify strategies for addressing requirements, risks, and issues in a clear, concise manner
  • Provide hands-on senior-level leadership across large enterprise programs
  • Support the development of architectural frameworks and integrate them with coherent and consistent architectural views
  • Comprehend and analyze a technology business problem or goal and be able to advise on and quickly find a resolution
  • Quickly resolve issues and create architectural vision
  • Create and maintain network topologies, data and system architectural diagrams, information security requirements
  • Ability to advise on Familiarity with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP800-53x info security control catalogue and NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF), FedRAMP
  • Identify security risks through the security impact analysis, system risk assessments and technology security risk reports and find a resolution
  • Wide-ranging background in implementing information technology, cybersecurity and privacy implementations or integration with a strong emphasis in Agile, DevOps, SecDevOps, AIOps
  • Software development, especially Agile, background and/or systems analysis
  • Familiarity with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP800-53x info security control catalogue and NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF), FedRAMP
  • Proven abilities to comprehend and analyze a technology business problem or goal – solution architect or consulting skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering, or a related field required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working as a Security Architect Lead, or similar role
  • Remote experience with a track record of success
  • Demonstrate knowledge in System, Data, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Technology Architecture Domains
  • Reliable, with a keen sense of priorities and deadlines
  • Strong Software development, especially Agile , background
  • Solution architect or consulting skills
  • Has thorough knowledge of security principles, concepts, policy and regulations

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs, tools, processes, and frameworks is a plus
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to obtain a Government clearance
