Role Overview Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Research Scouts to surface, frame, and introduce high-quality investment opportunities supported by credible research and early insight. This is not an employment role. Investment Research Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Scouts:

• Identify and submit investment opportunities informed by research, market insight, or proprietary intelligence
• Provide structured context and investment rationale to capital allocators and fund managers
• Earn transaction-based compensation for opportunities that progress to closed deals
• Build a verified research-backed deal and signal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals who consistently identify opportunities early through research, analysis, sector immersion, or information advantage. What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Approved Investment Research Scouts may:

• Identify emerging or under-the-radar investment opportunities across private markets
• Submit research-informed opportunities with clear rationale, context, and thesis
• Introduce opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
• Provide high-level insight on market dynamics, asset quality, structure, and economics
• Support early-stage diligence handoff (Initio Sphere analysts handle modeling and underwriting)

Scouts are not responsible for financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising. Eligible Opportunity Types Based on approval, Investment Research Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate and real asset strategies
• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured, thematic, or opportunistic investments

Opportunity categories are approved based on demonstrated research capability, judgment, and sourcing credibility. Compensation & Economics

• Success-based compensation only
• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
• Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
• Exact economics vary by opportunity quality, deal size, and Scout contribution
• No cap on earnings for consistently high-quality, research-driven deal flow

Activation Process To become an Investment Research Scout:

• Submit an application outlining background, research focus, and insight areas
• Complete verification and opportunity category approval
• Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin submitting qualified, research-backed opportunities

There is no cold outreach and no blind pitching. Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels. Compliance Notice Investment Research Scouts do not:

• Provide investment advice
• Solicit securities
• Market investments to the general public
• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
