Responsibilities of Lead Customer Advisor:

  • Engaging in pleasant interactions with clients upon their arrival is essential
  • Fulfill duties at the register, offer advice on purchases, and assist with the food program operations when required.
  • There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
  • Manifest a reliable and anticipated presence at the designated location.
  • Expect to interact with customers on a daily basis while working with a spirited team to achieve daily goals and tasks around the store

Physical Requirements of Lead Customer Advisor:

  • Ability to uphold a standing posture and/or engage in walking for a stretch of 8 hours
  • Hoist and transport loads of up to 30 pounds vertically for a maximum of 30 minutes during work hours
  • Transporting objects up to 60 pounds at intervals, shifting them from the ground to waist level periodically
  • Move your arms in a pushing or pulling direction while applying a force of up to 20 pounds
  • Participate in waist bending activities with occasional twisting for a period not exceeding one hour in a shift
  • Utilize hands to grip, reach, and handle items.
  • Carrying out this manual job involves coordinating hand and eye movements, potentially necessitating the use of a ladder for tasks such as storing and retrieving materials or positioning and removing signs
