- Must be within a commutable distance to Aiken**
- Confirm proper alignment of duties and taxes on each entry statement
- Ensure all statements are paid accurately and timely
- Provide documentation to US Customs as requested
- Ensure timely release of entries before submitting payment to customs
- Prioritize work to meet port deadlines
- Examine shipping invoices and manifests and other documents for conformity to tariff and customs regulations
- Data key entries into the brokerage operating system for transmission to U.S. Customs
- Ensure required updates to Customer SOP's are noted to Lead or Trainer for all assigned accounts.
- On some accounts provide CBP7501 entry summary forms, if account requires for release
- Invoice UPS-SCS charges correctly and accurately with respect to the freight service level, customer profile and/or any special instructions from Field Service Center.
- Provide excellence in customer service and perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or ports of entry
- Possess acceptable written and oral communication skills..
