We see this as a great opportunity for an ingenious and ambitious professional with a strong Compliance and Regulatory background, who doesn’t mind to roll-up their sleeves and do groundwork too, while leading and executing various compliance related projects. As Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will report for our Legal and Compliance Director and you will be the point of reference for a wide range of functions: from Product to Tech, bridge external compliance advisors, to the Finance and Commercial teams. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge regarding industry standards, applicable legislation, and technical working papers relevant to the Compliance Function
  • Assist with providing the business with accurate and timely advice and support by addressing multiple compliance queries from different stakeholders
  • Assist with the development, maintenance and implementation of Internal Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Assist with the assessment of product, compliance, and operational risks
  • Periodically review the portfolio of websites operated by the Company ensuring that they always meet the relevant regulatory requirements
  • Assist with the entry in new markets/jurisdictions as well as with the application for new licences and the maintenance and renewal of the existing ones
  • Monitor and supervise regulatory evolutions and general compliance, ensuring our compliance as a B2B provider, in different jurisdictions
  • Advise and support the Regulatory Compliance teams of our partners with spot checks and supervision interventions as well as conducting or supporting audits when needed
  • Review and update our internal policies related to B2B operations with our partners in different jurisdictions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience as part of a Compliance team in the iGaming space is mandatory
  • Excellent understanding of the iGaming landscape and ecosystem
  • Exposure to different markets, jurisdictions, regulatory bodies, iGaming verticals
  • Working knowledge of the main legislative and regulatory frameworks applicable to the Business
  • Good understanding of technology and iGaming platform products
  • Adequate understanding and knowledge of the main regulatory areas, such as AML/CFT, Data Protection, Marketing and Advertising, Responsible Gambling
  • Experience in applying for iGaming licenses
  • Business focused, practical and commercial facing
  • Highly pragmatic and proactive

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take the ownership of various tasks and work on your own initiative with minimum supervision
  • Team player with a hands-on approach
