Automotive Technician- CDL REQUIRED

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are safe and reliable for our daily operations. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on UPS fleet vehicles, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on vehicles using diagnostic equipment and manual methods. Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle availability. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used in accordance with company policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Mentor and train junior technicians as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment. Represent UPS in a professional and positive manner at all times. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
