Real Estate Agent Inside Sales/Telemarketer (Part-Time Remote) | Hourly Plus Commission! Have you ever thought about a career in Real Estate and not taken the first step? Are you a professional experienced outbound inside sales agent, telemarketer or appointment setter? We Need You: We are looking for a professional, experienced outbound inside salesperson/telemarketer with a minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience to assist us in following up with home owners and seller contacts. You will be calling people who own a home that has expired on the Multiple Listing Service. Our Problem: We have an overflow of contacts that we want to send helpful information to (pictures and details of properties that sold around their property, a statistical market update, plus a copy of our seller plan) and we need help following up with them by phone to ensure that we get their permission to mail the package and confirm their mailing address. We also need help to determining whether or not they have a real reason to sell and a high level of motivation to do so. This process is already in place and successful...we are simply looking for more inside sales/telemarketing help. Your Location: This is primarily a remote position, however, you will be focused on calling Cape Cod, as well as Downtown Boston, MA and you should be prepared to learn about the different areas of the city (i.e. Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, Financial District, North End, Seaport, Charlestown.) Part Time: It's important to know that this is an opportunity to help work on the growth of an established and successful business, however, it's also an opportunity to grow your own consistent inside sales/telemarketing book of business working part time. NOTE: You will be working directly with Top-Producer Douglas Winters and his team on an already existing business to assist in its growth. What We Give You:

NOTE: You will be working directly with Top-Producer Douglas Winters and his team on an already existing business to assist in its growth. Weekly Stipend* - Plus Commission/Bonus:

  • (Stipend based on experience level)
  • 0-100K Gross Commission = (8%)
  • 100K-150K Gross Commission = (9%)
  • 150K-200K Gross Commission = (10%)
  • 200K-250K Gross Commission = (11%)
  • 250K- 300K Gross Commission= (12%)
  • 300K-350K Gross Commission= (13%)
  • 350K-400K Gross Commission = (14%)
  • 400K-450K Gross Commission= (15%)
  • 450K-500K Gross Commission = (16%) *Caps at (16%)
