  • Campaign & Event Support: Assist in managing and executing one-off marketing projects, such as webpage launches, event planning, and broader comms tasks.
  • Proactive Content Gathering: Ability to approach internal stakeholders to ask questions, pull together new information, and translate complex concepts into engaging social media content.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the content calendar (especially LinkedIn, Bluesky, and X), pitch and plan posts, assign tasks to colleagues, and ensure timely execution.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor social media data, uncover the latest trends, and provide strategic recommendations to increase visibility.

  • Hybrid remote or fully remote possible
  • A highly advanced and fast-growing startup company with exciting opportunities for growth
  • Ample opportunity for personal initiatives, openness to new ideas and room for considerable personal impact
  • Impactful product promoting better understanding and treatment of disease
  • International and dynamic team, from over 30 different nationalities
  • Enjoyable work atmosphere with an open-door and open communications mentality
  • 30 vacation days
Join us in making a difference! Submit your application to be considered for this exciting opportunity. We encourage you to support your application with practical examples from your education or work experience.  Instead of a traditional cover letter, please submit a short written response (max. 1-page PDF) answering the following two questions: 1. Social Media Audit: Look at NVision’s recent social media posts (e.g., on LinkedIn or X). Which post stands out to you in a positive way, and why? Which one do you think falls short or could be improved, and what exactly would you change?  2. Remote Collaboration & Organization: Tell us about a time you had to coordinate a project (university, internship, or personal) where team members were working remotely or asynchronously. How did you structure the work, what tools did you use, and how did you ensure everyone knew what was going on without having to constantly ask you for updates? Any questions?
