Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Modeling Best Practices: Share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Well-Merchandised Store: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records.
  • Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
  • Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  • Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine.
  • Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store Condition: Ensure clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
  • Complying with Company Policies and Procedures: Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions in a positive and professional manner.

  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash, make change, and process transactions accurately.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
