Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to clients via live chat, answering questions about photography services, pricing, and bookings. Your duties will include:

* Guiding clients through the process of scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling photo sessions.
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to online galleries, digital downloads, or account access.
* Assisting clients with selecting photography packages, add-ons, and premium services.
* Addressing and resolving customer concerns (e.g., delivery delays, editing requests, or session adjustments) during live chat interactions.
* Processing orders for prints, albums, and digital files while ensuring accurate billing and delivery details.
