Arenaflex has an extraordinary opportunity for a unique communications and visual design professional intensely focused on working with technologists to help them achieve their objectives. This role will serve as a center of excellence for visual depiction for the broader technology communications team and will support a global team of over 9,000 professionals who are changing the way the organization uses technology to drive business success. The Innovation Communications and Project Manager plays a key role in supporting executive communications and projects, informing and engaging partners on a global basis. The ideal candidate will possess and project management skills and have deep knowledge of effective storytelling approaches, as well as mastery of visual design skills. This role is part of the organization's Corporate Initiatives and Communications association, reporting to the Chief, Innovation Communications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Write, design, capture, and edit the CIO's communications to partners, including statements, videos, video content, comments, and other critical communications on a case-by-case basis.

  • Design graphics for use in/on messages, intranet pages, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and other digital and physical resources.
  • Shoot and edit videos to be used within owned channels.
  • Support the development and execution of entries for recognition of associates through the organization's top award programs.
  • Support measurement and data management practices to improve the effectiveness of partner communications.
  • Create and manage surveys and reporting for city centers, executive discussions, and roundtables, and other events.
  • Manage email distributions to partners.
  • Support planning, communications, and logistics for city centers and global leadership events.
  • Provide graphics and content creation support for city centers and other significant presentations by leaders.
  • Support the work of the broader Partner Communications team through the design and delivery of content on the organization intranet and other communications channels, as well as research, visual design, and writing/editing on a case-by-case basis.

Required Capabilities:

* Experience with internal communications.

  • Fantastic writing and editing abilities
  • Strong visual design and typography skills. Experience designing digital and physical resources.
  • Moderate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Experience with capturing and editing short-form videos and webcast content.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute brand guidelines, propose, and convey strong and compelling messaging ideas across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums.
  • Experience with intranet/content management systems (Unily or similar).
  • Remarkable project management mastery, collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to build relationships with multiple internal partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-speed environment.
  • Phenomenal judgment and a demonstrated history of creating and executing programs that drive outstanding results.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Portfolio (writing and creative) required.

Four-year degree in Communications, Visual Design, or similar experience.
