Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Teller) to join our team at arenaflex. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Teller), you will be responsible for:

  • Processing personal and commercial transactions, including receiving checks and cash for deposits, processing mortgage and consumer loan payments, and counting and packaging coins and currency.
  • Promoting and explaining other services offered by arenaflex, such as deposit products, customer convenience services, and consumer and mortgage loans.
  • Preparing and maintaining various reports and records, relating to currency transactions and BSA reports.
  • Providing fast and friendly customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer transactions, including receiving checks and cash for deposits, processing mortgage and consumer loan payments, and counting and packaging coins and currency.

  • Promote and explain other services offered by arenaflex, such as deposit products, customer convenience services, and consumer and mortgage loans.
  • Prepare and maintain various reports and records, relating to currency transactions and BSA reports.
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services, including deposit products, customer convenience services, and consumer and mortgage loans.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Essential Qualifications

* Proficient communication skills, both in person and over the phone.

  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • Proficient math and computer skills.
  • Six months cash handling and/or customer service experience (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members.

Schedule and Work Location

This is a part-time position, working 9:00am-3:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The work location is our Lewisburg office.
