Key Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive world-class service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with customers on their rental needs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Overcoming customer objections and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Shuttling customers to and from our locations, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience
  • Preparing vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support, ensuring that our customers feel valued and empowered

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation, including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
