Job Description
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the accurate layout and transportation of complex analyses, reporting answers, and packages to satisfy business needs. You will interact directly with internal clients and coworkers in the development of reporting and analytic answers, as well as software design.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal partners and teams in the design and development of reporting answers, analytic research, and packages to guide business needs.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis that answers business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings.
- Design and develop packages for internal clients.
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting answers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.).
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle.
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL.
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred.
Required Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience.
