Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them navigate their healthcare plans and benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from clients, addressing their questions and concerns about their healthcare plans and benefits

  • Provide accurate and timely information about medication coverage, prescription assistance, and other healthcare-related topics
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to help clients better understand their coverage and make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or customer service environments

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or customer service role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
  • Experience with HIPAA and regulatory compliance a plus
