Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our prescription data entry processes. Responsibilities
As a Remote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting physician's offices as needed for refill authorization and verifying client orders
- Processing new and refill prescriptions, including opening orders, verifying eligibility, and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Documenting correspondence and follow-up in our system
- Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to your manager
- Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system
- Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system
- Assisting with research of lost or missing orders as requested by internal departments
- Providing backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels
- Answering incoming calls promptly and providing high standards of customer service to our clients
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
- Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Pharmacy data entry experience, minimum one year
- Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
