Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leveraging AI-powered tools, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
Guest Relations
+ Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat + Leverage AI-powered tools, such as Guesty and HostAI, to deliver personalized guest experiences + Utilize ChatGPT to provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values + Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with management via Slack + Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional guest experiences + Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with business financials and accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems + Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Availability: Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones
- Experience: Experience working in customer service, guest relations, or a related field
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using AI-powered tools, such as Guesty and HostAI, and ChatGPT
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI: Experience working with Guesty and/or HostAI would be a significant advantage
- Business Financials/Accounting: Working knowledge of business financials and accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
- 3rd Party Vendor Relations: Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
