Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders to develop and implement reporting solutions, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
• Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translating results and making recommendations to business areas based on findings
• Designing and developing packages for internal clients
• Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
• Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:

+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
• Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
• Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
• Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
• Crystal Reporting experience preferred
